Christmas Break

I'm here in California for Daddy's Christmas break! I sure love being home with all my family...lots of people to play with and dogs to chase around!

On our way to California, I did pretty well on the plane. Our first flight to Dallas I didn't nap at all..I was too excited! I loved looking out the window, ripping up Sky Mall magazines, turning overhead lights on and off, and saying hi to all my new friends on the plane. When we arrived in Dallas, I met up with my friend Benjamin Piccione who was traveling from Argentina to Lemoore for Christmas with his Mommy and Daddy. Our Mommies walked together everyday when they were pregnant with us. We ran all around the airport..we had lots of energy to burn! (We both slept on the 2nd flight)..

When we finally arrived home in CA, Auntie Jan and Uncle Ryan invited all of us over for dinner. Uncle Ryan and I did some catalog shopping after dinner!

 Every morning Papa and I share a bowl of yogurt and berries... (more like I whine and beg until he picks me up and I eat half of his breakfast!)

My Daddy had a interview at a law firm! He looks sharp!

 Mommy, Daddy, Mimi, and Nana took me to see Santa Claus! I didn't trust this creepy looking Santa Claus one bit....so I made Mommy and Daddy get in the picture with me! I refused to smile!! Santa gave me a candy cane and Christmas book afterwards.... he should have started with the gifts first!

 Yesterday we had a Polder family photo shoot for Christmas pictures! Here is a sneak peak.... I look so stylish in my blazer!

I went on a morning bike ride today! Me, Uncle Ryan, Daddy, and Mommy rode bikes, and Auntie Jan and Aunt Allison ran! I think it's time for a new helmet....I mean my head IS in the 75%!

Sick Baby

I was a sick little girl this past week.... Mommy and Daddy got extra snuggle time with me because I was feeling pretty lousy.. 

I refused to take any tylenol, food, or water.... Popcicles were the only exception!

Before I got sick, I spent the day with my friend Maddy.. this is her dog Merlin. He is my bud!

Lots of hugs and kisses for Merlin...I can't wait to have a doggy of my own!

Today I had my 15 month check-up with Dr. Cauley. I am now 21.15lbs and 30 inches long. My height and weight are in the 50% ....my head is in the 75%! I get that from my Daddy!! I had to get 3 shots today....ouch! From the moment I walked into the room I remembered where I was and what goes on here... I decided to sit on the step stool and not the patient bench...they can't give me shots down here!

Elyse came over to play tonight. We danced, shared baby food, got all the bowls out of the cabinets, and took a bubble bath!

16 Months Old

Yesterday I went to my friend Violet's 2nd birthday party! It was a GIRLS party so we did lots of girly things like play kitchen and babies! We ate cake pops too... my new favorite.. YUM!

 Opening presents! Violet got a new blender for her kitchen set! It was a big hit at the party!

 Next we went to the McDonald's Holiday Lights at the Beach! The whole boardwalk is lit up with Christmas lights and you drive through and listen to Christmas music! I had so much fun looking at lights and being out of my carseat! Daddy even let me drive for a bit!!!

3 more weeks til I'm in California for Christmas!!! Can't wait to see you all!

Ooh La La

 I love wearing Mommy's shoes, jewelry, headbands, and BRAS! I threw a big crying fit until she put it on me! I wore it around the house proud as punch!

 My "McKee" Irish dress from Aunt Allison.. I look like I'm going off to boarding preschool not Sunday school!

Daddy was so busy writing his paper tonight that he didn't have any time to play with me. I decided to bring him all my socks from my bedroom to get his attention!

My Daddy's friend Barrett is trying to get on The Bachelorette! They are flying him out to California for a final interview in January! Today we had to take 5 close up and 5 full body shots to send to the producers. I thought I might hop into a couple pictures to better his chances!

Baby it's cold outside!!! The high was 48 degrees here in Virginia, but I still insisted on going outside to swing! AND YES MIMI....I am wearing my undershirt and warm jacket!

Best Buds! Elyse was catching a ride on my choo choo train! We have a lot of fun playing together. I show Elyse all my toys, books, how to start the dishwasher, and all the good cabinets in the kitchen! She pretty much just follows me around everywhere.. good thing I like attention! Elyse turns 1 next week and I am invited to her birthday party for cupcakes! :)

Halloween

I had so much fun on Halloween! First, Mommy and Mimi took me to Hunts Club Farm for petting zoo, pony ride, and pumpkin pickin'!

Yesterday I went to the pet store with my Mommy and Mimi! It's one of my favorite places! They have all kinds of cute puppy dogs! My favorite was this sweet Malti-Poo...

Christmas??

Hurricane Sandy hit us Sunday and Monday! It wasn't too scary this time..just lots of rain and heavy gusts of winds here and there. It was tough being stuck inside all day! So Mommy and Mimi took me to the mall and out for puddle walks!

I had a rough day at the play ground yesterday... 2 big falls and a little boy nailed the back of my mini mouse train while I was on it... major whiplash!!! Good thing my Daddy is an attorney!
